Yours Truly, Thomas

"Yours Truly, Thomas" by Rachel Fordham This is the first novel I read from Rachel Fordham. I was not disappointed! Everything was so beautifully detailed, from the imagery of Azure Springs to the characters' personalities. I had never heard of the dead letter office, after reading this book I had to do research of my own and found it very interesting! It is the perfect plot for a novel. Margaret was by far my favorite character, she seems like the perfect lady who would help 2 young people fall in love. Thomas' struggles and pain from his past are very relatable and Penny's predicament sounds very realistic given the period in which the novel takes place. Azure Springs, though fictitious, is beautifully described, I could easily picture it in my mind. I'm taking away one star for redundancy. Some conversations were a little redundant, as though the author felt the need to add unnecessary words to conversations to make them longer. One such e...
